Success comes easily?

I am always amazed at the multitude of promising offers in social media. Would the sum of all these offers effectively make my business more successful by the promised “multiple of sales”? Especially with the specificity: within a few months!
Is it possible to align the purpose of a sustainability-oriented business to an exponential growth sprint? Who wins and who really loses here?
It seems more sustainable to me to look into the future with a purpose that allows all employees to be involved, to generate healthy profits and thus to increase the value of the company step by step. Stability helps to reduce volatility and by that create security and joy in work.
From my point of view, the history of the organisation is essential, the culture and the image of the company, the added value of products and services for the customers and through that generate substance for further development.

What are your experiences on the topic of purpose? What keeps you busy?

Success is something that should be developed together with the team if it is to be sustainable. It is not done quickly! Value orientation is addressed here. These, in turn, are the pillars on which success is built.
