The thoughts that have been with me for a long time are: How does sustainable progress actually work? How can I contribute to making things better? What plausible steps are needed to achieve this?
In this context, two phases of development are essential for me: preparation (cognitive) and composition (implementation competence). The core lies in the fact that our thoughts are influenced via knowledge. These thoughts are refined in the composition phase and enable the implementation of development. The fund of our experiences can be guided by arousing interest and this can be transformed into practical life skills through motivation.
The prerequisite is the experienced formation of life, which is the basis for mindfulness.
Thus, the traction comes from the interest in preparation and the willpower for composition.
I understand this process as a recurring cycle that allows us to grow as individuals and as an organisation.
For leadership, I see this KTRC model as another way to raise awareness for innovation development, to encourage employees and to build new paths for the future together.
I look forward to your feedback in the comments.
