❉ What is essential to develop an organisation?

During my professional career, I have had the opportunity to gain insight into a variety of different companies. The common denominator as well as the challenge has always been to design a successful strategy for future development and more importantly, how do I create traction for efficient operational integration.

👉 Developing an organisation requires a strategic and holistic approach that takes into account various aspects of clarity building and the ability to integrate the complexity of interpersonal interactions. In order to promote transparency and the ability to communicate, I attach great importance to writing down the results of this process in an organisational handbook 📘, which can be made available to the staff as an information carrier ✔ and serve as a guide ✔ for the leadership.

🚩 In my view, the following topics are important building blocks for goal-oriented organisational development, which should be dealt with and documented in a structured manner in order to be able to provide answers to the “w-questions“.

From my experience, it is purposeful to focus on the functional benefits for the Customer Journey when designing the organisation.

🚩 It is important to note that the development of an organisation is a continuous process that always requires adjustments as environmental conditions change. Successful development requires the active participation and commitment of all members of the organisation, from senior management to employees at all levels.
