Burn on instead of burn out

As a leader, it is a matter close to my heart to inspire the employees in my area of responsibility and to explore new innovative paths together with them. In doing so, it is particularly important to me that a balance can be created for the energy used operationally so that well-being and health do not have to suffer as a result.

πŸ‘ Promoting motivation for the development of individual skills and their practical and meaningful integration into everyday work is crucial for me. Positivity in the approach and understanding for the individual should, in my view, underpin the joint shaping of progress.

πŸ‘Ž If, on the other hand, the exhausting feeling of “I am not enough” or “I cannot deliver this performance” has crept in, this has a direct influence on declining productivity and, in the worst case, can lead to burnout.

The great art in leadership to counteract this lies in the way of communication and implementation. Open, positive and honest communication inspires and creates clarity, while accompanied and goal-oriented quick wins promote everyone’s satisfaction.

πŸ”₯ Traction that burns like a fire.

Therefore: Burn on instead of burn out!

Wish you an great week & best regards
