Leadership – Positive thinking as a basic attitude for enthusiasm

I experience time and again how a negative mindset can limit personal horizons and make it almost impossible to move forward. It is particularly noticeable in conversations when the person you are talking to only finds reasons why things can’t work or when a culprit is sought in a reproachful manner!

👎 In my view, this is a show stopper, especially in company management. Doggedness and stubbornness lead to loneliness and often create an atmosphere where the other person’s space is completely taken over, making it impossible for a constructive and motivating conversation.

👍 Setting ambitious and well-founded goals is very important for the strategy, but the integration of individual skills and the right atmosphere that creates the space for development are crucial.

This requires a positive attitude and the openness to listen to, recognise and involve other colleagues.

📌 This is where you create the conditions for going the extra mile with a lot of joy and healthy commitment!

What are the skills for positive thinking?

✅ Be happy that there are also other people who make a positive impact.

✅ Create space for your counterpart so that “ability” becomes possible.

✅ Focus on the things that are good.

✅ Encourage honest, respectful and authentic communication.

✅ and creativity in the community.

I am convinced that a positive mindset can generate enthusiasm “for the matter”, which generates enormous traction for personal as well as for sustainable corporate development.

🎯 And that is simply fun!

Where do you stand with your enthusiasm?

I look forward to a constructive discourse with you.

Take care & best regards
