Simple analysis model for resolving areas of tension

One topic that I am always very interested in is how the individual area of tension arises and what possible (survival) strategies the person concerned can develop to deal with it. In countless personal conversations, I experience time and again that the topics of dissatisfaction and insecurity as well as the powerlessness felt as a result are currently very present.

There are usually several elements that come together and create a complex field of tension. Be it global political events, war, hunger, escape, injustice, challenges at work and/or in the family, health, addiction and longing, excessive demands, fear or loneliness.

πŸ‘‰ The feelings that lead to this area of tension are very much dependent on our own biography. This teaches us how to perceive, recognise and ultimately act, whereby our character, our attitude and our voice express our emotions.

πŸ‘‰ Another key influencing factor is our decision or our decision-making competence. This always leads us onto the right path or onto a learning path.

If these two characteristics are combined, they can be used to design an analysis model that can help position the current situation and its further development.

πŸ” What does this analysis model look like?

The personal issues (A-N) are listed and the current feeling about them is assessed with a rating (1= bad, 10= very good). The decision as to what should be done with this topic is determined by assigning points (OK=1, Accept=5, Change=10). This can then be used to create a picture that visualises the action area, with the rating describing the primary area and the points awarded describing the secondary area in the graphic πŸ‘‡.

Dedicated measures that lead to solutions to the respective problems can now be discussed together. The analysis can be updated again and again to visualise the progress.

πŸ’‘ Sometimes a picture is more helpful than 1’000 words!

🎯 I firmly believe that simply asking the right questions and engaging in the associated dialogue to create this analysis can be very enlightening and beneficial.

➜ Note: This analysis model can also be applied to social and political issues.

Good luck with the implementation. I am happy to be at your disposal as a sparring partner.

Take care & best regards
