I find it extremely exciting how the topic of #leadership is developing, how many models there are for leadership excellence and what the opinions on great leadership are.
If we include constructivism in this topic, every view will probably be justified.

In my view, the biggest challenge in #leadership lies in the ability to understand the true corporate culture and to articulate the insights gained in a form that enables positive #development for the individual and thus also for the organisation.
There is no standard that can be used for this. Every organisation, like every personality, is individual.
