One question that I am asking myself is how I can develop an #organisation that is as lean and economically oriented as possible and capable to…
✅ master the strategic roadmap,
✅ recognises and takes into account the benefits of trends,
✅ enables the efficient fulfilment of tasks
✅ and inspires at the same time.
➜ I am convinced that the strengths of such a design lie in pragmatism.
 Why?
➜ Obviously the more complex a system is, the more effort is required to understand and operate it.
💡 Besides it is always worth asking “Where is the benefit?“.
👉 However when designing an organisation, I focus on values, because it is these that ensure the desired stability and functionality of the processes. In my view, this applies to both simple and agile forms of organisations. Structures provide orientation and give stability and security to fulfil tasks. Values, on the other hand, create the substance for tasks to be completed with vigour and joy.
👉 #Leadership is responsible for values and should exemplify and promote them. Active listening, respect and meaningful communication are essential tools in this regard. If it is not possible to conduct the orchestra of values, chaotic organisational situations arise that distort a lot of energy and efficiency.
⚠ Certainly a lack of values leads to more mistakes. Mistakes cause stress. Stress destroys satisfaction. Dissatisfaction is the brake on long-term success.
🎯 Values connect and ensure satisfaction, which in turn is the best prerequisite for a strong organisation.
What are your experiences with the topic “values”?
I’m looking forward to an exciting dialogue with you.
Take care & best regards
