In my role as a coaching leader, I have experienced time and again how crucial the combination of organisation and inspiring leadership is for the success of a team. Organisation forms the basis, it creates clarity, structure and orientation. But without the ability to motivate people, develop a shared vision and respond to individual needs, it remains empty and ineffective.
As a leader, I see it as my responsibility not only to create structures, but also to design the framework conditions in such a way that employees’ potential can be fully utilised. For me, coaching is a central element of my leadership approach. It allows me to focus on individual strengths and areas of development rather than simply proposing standardised solutions.
π I see it as my task not only to provide employees with clear processes and goals, but also to support them in finding their own solutions and taking responsibility. By integrating coaching methods into my leadership, I not only promote personal development, but also trust and self-efficacy in the team. This has a direct impact on the quality and efficiency of collaboration.
π The strength of such an approach is particularly evident in challenging situations. Organisation alone can provide stability, but it is not enough to overcome uncertainty or complexity. This is where the coaching approach comes into play. It enables my employees to adopt their own perspectives, act flexibly and take creative paths without losing sight of the fundamental organisational goals.
π‘ I try to combine organisational structure and leadership to create a unified approach in order to generate real traction. Through coaching, I not only bring structures to life, but also create a culture in which openness, willingness to learn and mutual support take centre stage.
β οΈ This makes it clear: organisation is indispensable, but it only becomes truly effective when combined with inspiring and development-oriented leadership.
