↗️ From a drop in performance to top performance: Leadership coaching for measurable results and long-term success

In my work as a business and leadership coach, I often come across companies whose corporate culture is characterised by instability, mistrust and hectic pace. These factors lead to noticeable demotivation and dissatisfaction among employees, which manifests itself in declining performance, increased errors and rising customer complaints.

🔎 Such situations are by no means rare. According to the Gallup ‘State of the Global Workplace’ Report 2024, only 23% of employees worldwide are engaged at work, while 15% are actively disengaged. This low engagement costs the global economy around USD 8.9 trillion annually, which is equivalent to 9% of global GDP (Gallup.com).

ℹ️ As a business & leadership coach, I support organisations in reversing this negative trend. Through targeted measures, I help to establish a stable and trusting corporate culture. This includes promoting open communication, strengthening leadership skills and implementing clear processes to reduce hectic behaviour.

In order to lead companies out of an unstable corporate culture characterised by mistrust, hectic and demotivation, I focus on measures that bring about sustainable change at both management and team level.

✅ A crucial first step is to strengthen managers. I work closely with the management to promote conscious and reflective leadership. Managers learn how to establish trusting and transparent communication, set clear expectations and give their employees security in uncertain times. I use executive coaching, interactive workshops and practical leadership training.

✅ At the same time, I support the development of a positive feedback culture. Studies[1] show that regular, constructive feedback significantly increases employee satisfaction and reduces the error rate. I help companies to organise feedback processes in such a way that they not only serve as a means of correction, but also promote motivation and further development.

✅ Another important lever is the reduction of hectic and inefficient structures. Together with the teams, I analyse processes and identify bottlenecks that cause stress and errors. Through targeted process optimisation and prioritisation techniques, I work with companies to create a framework in which employees can once again work productively and with focus.

✅ Meanwhile, I address the emotional dimension of the corporate culture. It is often subliminal conflicts, unspoken fears or a lack of appreciation that favour mistrust and demotivation. I support teams in finding their way back to open and solution-orientated cooperation through team coaching, mediation and the introduction of shared values and guidelines.

The effectiveness of these measures is made measurable using specific KPIs. Employee commitment, fluctuation rates, error rates, productivity indicators and customer satisfaction provide information on how strongly the change is anchored in the company.
