As a reflective and integrating personality, it is of great concern to me to combine leadership and integrative corporate development and to create sustainable and value-oriented perspectives for the future. In doing so, my focus is on the development of adaptable and agile systems that empower people in their essence, holistically align business processes with customer value through ecosystems, and empower and mature the organisation through epochal change.
My strengths lie in leadership, organisational development, developing integrative growth strategies, project-oriented and efficient implementation, change management and evaluating new impulses analytically and systematically in a complex environment, through which innovative and sustainable future perspectives can be developed.
As a specialist in business organisation from the SGO Business School, with a diploma and master’s degree in business informatics from the University of Applied Science, FHNW and an executive diploma from the University of St. Gallen, HSG with focus on leadership and corporate development, I have filled my business rucksack to break new grounds.
In January 2024, I started my training to become a Certified Executive & Leadership Coach at the renowned University of St. Gallen to deepen my skills in the field of systemic and transformative coaching.
