As a leadership coach, I embark on a journey of reflection and development with my coachee. My first step is to not only look at the challenges on the surface, but to understand their deeper causes. To do this, I create a space in which openness, trust and clarity prevail. Together with my coachee, I analyse which patterns, beliefs or structures are shaping the current situation and where there is potential for change.

I therefore use targeted questions and systemic approaches to visualise connections and expand ways of thinking. This is not just about solving problems, but about sustainable development of the leadership personality.

I support them in adopting different perspectives, mobilising resources and finding the courage to break new ground. Through targeted reflection and tried-and-tested methods, I help them to develop a sustainable strategy that enables both short-term success and long-term foresight.
